For instance, the old fishing boat M/S Donalda runs seal safaris and swimming trips to the Väderöarna islands, departing from Grebbestad. The traditional Zita boats are popular for deep-sea fishing and in late summer mackerel fishing is a favourite. The Zita boats mainly operate in the area around Kungshamn and Smögen. During high season the M/S Byfjorden makes daily visits to destinations like Marstrand, Smögen, Käringön and Bassholm, departing from Uddevalla, and it also does shrimp cruises in the evening.
